Many of the managed care companies and insurance companies, with which we contract, make available to consumers a provider directory for listing all “in-Plan” Providers for a large geographical region.  We have designed this website to assist you with identifying and selecting a HealthPlus provider when they are in your Network (e.g. HealthLink). This site does not list all providers which may be in your PPO network, rather only those providers which are in your network and part of HealthPlus.

  This site has been designed to be accessed based on our contracts with payers. We suggest you look at your insurance card first to determine which network you are in.
